Enrico Montaldo, civile engineer from 1963, specialization in Hydraulics at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Cagliari, a registered Professional Engineer in Italy, and from 1997 qualified to perform the roles of Design Coordinator and Execution Coordinator for the preparation and supervision of the safety plan (Legislative Decree 494/1996). He possesses extensive knowledge and professional experience, carried out with unquestionable integrity on behalf of Public Entities such as Municipalities, Provinces, Mountain Communities, the Sardinia Region, I.A.C.P., Housing Cooperatives, ANAS, ESAF, and ASL, in the field of public works. Tenured professor, now retired, in the chair of Electrical Systems at State Industrial Institutes.;
Prof. Nicola Montaldo, hydraulic civil engineer, PhD in hydraulic engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, he is now professor of Hydrology, hydraulic constructions and maritime constructions at the University of Cagliari. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Italy from 1996. He was research associate at the University of Virginia (USA) in 2000, assistant professor at the University of Sassari up to 2003, tenured assistant professor at the Politecnico di Milano from 2003 to 2006, where he taught Hydrology. From 2008 to 2012, he served as an expert in the field of public water resources, dams, hydraulic works, and land reclamation waterworks for the Regional Technical Unit of Sardinia. He is currently a member of the Technical-Administrative Committee of the Interregional Public Works Authority for Lazio, Abruzzo, and Sardinia.
Prof. Andrea Saba, hydraulic civil engineer, tenured assistant professor of hydraulic constructions at the University of Cagliari from 1992, registered Professional Engineer in Italy. Since 2008, he has served as an expert in the field of public water resources, dams, hydraulic works, and land reclamation waterworks for the Regional Technical Unit of Sardinia. He is a consultant for the Water Protection Service of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia for the drafting of the Water Protection Plan. He was president of the company A.C.Q.U.A.V.I.T.A.N.A., which manages the integrated water cycle in the Municipality of Sinnai.
